Welcome to the interface certification portal for dealer management systems. Your DMS is in use with Ford dealerships? And you require a recommendation from Ford for a particular market? Then you will need confirmation that your system can successfully integrate with all mandatory interfaces. We support you, regardless of whether you are already certified for another market, or you are seeking first time certification. Even if you are already recommended as a certified DMS and have just developed a new interface, or an existing interface has been updated and requires approval, please register for our DSP Portal. Registration with the DMS portal is free of charge, and you may unsubscribe at any time. This portal contains all of the information required for the development, testing and approval of mandatory interfaces. After registration, you will receive your personal access details for the DMS portal. We will then contact you directly to discuss the next steps together. In the portal itself you will find the current interface descriptions, contact details for support during development, process descriptions, the current status of your development, analysis & test results along with your personal contact for the co-ordination and communication with Ford. To be able to provide you with the best possible support during the certification process, we will require some important details. Therefore, please fill out the registration form completely. Starting with a two-day workshop, together we will formulate a sequence of events and a schedule for your interface development, demonstrate the differences between the various types of interfaces (i.e. Technology, Inbound & Outbound) and provide you with ‘tips and tricks’ based on our experience. |
